Please note your registration and application does not guarantee you a quota to import hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) and their blends. Quotas for HFCs will be determined by the National Ozone Unit (NOU). Additionally, to be a registered importer of Halogen-free refrigerants (e.g. Hydrocarbons), you must have a certified technician trained in Hydrocarbon technology on staff. Technical certifications and professional credentials can be uploaded during the registration/application process
